Refund policy
We do not offer refunds on any new product purchases unless there is an apparent manufacturer’s defect in the product. Misapplication is not considered a manufacturing issue. Cancelled orders, for any reason, are subject to a 25% restocking fee and will be assessed before any refund will be applied to the method of payment.
Should you have any questions, please contact the store during regular business hours prior to purchase. We will be glad to work with you to ensure your purchases are everything you would dream of! Regular business hours are Monday through Saturday from 8am until 6pm est.
There is a zero refund policy on any vintage or handcrafted items. Many of the items we sell are individual; one-of-a-kind; hard to find and as such, cannot be returned or refunded and will not be eligible for exchange. All items are disclaimed accurately, regardless of condition, and as such, we expect that prior to purchase you have the opportunity to contact us with any questions. Once we submit packages to shipping sources, we are not and cannot be responsible for transit times. Please refer to your tracking information and carrier for their policies regarding transit times and time guarantees.
